User Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and use the app only for legal purposes.
Subscription & Billing
Just Surf requires an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. All billing and renewals are managed by Apple or Google, respectively. B.V. is does not process payment information.
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Just Surf on your personal device under these terms.
Prohibited Use
You may not use the app for illegal or harmful activities, reverse engineer or copy the app, or use the VPN to bypass geo-restrictions unlawfully.
No Warranty
The app is provided "as is" with no warranties. We do not guarantee availability, speed, or error-free performance.
Limitation of Liability
B.V. is shall not be liable for any damages arising from use or inability to use the app.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate access to the app for violations of these terms or misuse of the service.
Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Warsaw, Poland.
